Primo Jet

There may be some flexibility, particularly on flights marked “Flexible”. Any adjustment must fit around the aircraft’s other commitments and may affect the price. Let us know your preferred date and time when enquiring so we can check what is possible. Changes after booking are subject to availability and your booking terms.

An empty leg is a private jet flight that would otherwise fly without passengers, usually because the aircraft is returning to base or travelling to its next booking. These flights can be offered at a reduced price, giving you the opportunity to fly privately for less.

Empty legs become available around an aircraft’s existing schedule. If a listed flight suits your plans, enquire or submit an offer, and we’ll check availability. The route, schedule, price and booking terms must be confirmed before your booking is finalised.

Your empty leg depends on the main trip that creates it. If that trip changes or is cancelled, your flight may also be rescheduled, changed or cancelled, including at short notice. Any refunds, cancellation charges, and arrangements for alternative travel are governed by the terms of your booking. Generally, any money paid is fully refunded, and there is no requirement for Primo Jet to provide alternative travel.Empty legs are best suited to travellers who can accommodate changes to their plans.

These labels refer to the flight’s date and time. “Fixed” means the flight is offered for a specific date and time, with little or no room for adjustment at your request. “Flexible” means there may be scope to choose a different time or departure/destination airport.Neither label guarantees that the flight cannot change or be cancelled.

We want to change the way empty legs are sold. Many operators try to sell empty legs at large sums of money, and often don't manage to do so.It is well known that a product is only worth what customers will pay for it. We allow customers to make an offer for certain empty legs - try your luck! Simply submit what you want to pay for the flight, and we'll decide whether we can accept it. If we can't, we'll counter with an acceptable offer. We all love a bargain!Acceptance depends on various factors, including availability and your requested itinerary; submitting an offer does not confirm a booking.

Sometimes. A nearby airport, a stop along the planned route, or a small change to the journey may be possible, if it fits the aircraft’s schedule. All changes require our approval and may affect the price. A substantially different route may require a separate charter.

No. An empty leg is a one-way flight for the route shown. If you need a return journey, this must be arranged separately. A suitable return empty leg may be available, but it cannot be guaranteed.

If your journey depends on a firm arrival time - for an event, meeting or onward connection - a charter is generally a better fit. Empty legs offer savings in exchange for accepting greater uncertainty around the flight’s schedule and availability.
