How Does It Work?
Booking a trip is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1
Decide where you want to fly
Simply let us know where and when you want to travel, and we'll confirm whether the aircraft is available. Reserving the aircraft early guarantees your trip.
2
Choose your options
Everyone has a different way of travelling, and that's where we excel! Choose from our range of options, and we'll make sure your experience is just as you want it.
3
Turn up and fly
Sign the relevant paperwork and we'll handle the rest! Simply turn up at the airport a short while before your flight, and our team will be on hand to assist.
Primo Jet Membership
A membership is needed to be able to fly with Primo Jet. With only a certain number of memberships available for purchase, customers are given exclusive access to the aircraft for their travel needs. Primo Jet will sell a maximum of 650 aircraft hours per year, which provides our members with excellent availability.

Memberships are a 12 month contract, running January to December of each calendar year, paid monthly. It is possible to join throughout the calendar year, with membership being paid pro-rata. Memberships cannot be paused.

Members buy the number of hours they plan to use at the start of the year. These must be paid for in quarterly instalments. There are no refunds for unused hours. If more hours are required, these can be purchased but are at a significantly higher cost than the prices below.

Membership is the same regardless of the package purchased, and costs:

£1,000 per month (exc VAT)

Primo Jet Packages
To benefit from our amazing discounts, members must buy packages for the hours they plan to use in a calendar year.

Once a package is purchased, a further package cannot be purchased in that year. Additional hours are charged at rate that customers who are undertaking "one-off" trips pay.

Any "positioning flights" (flights to position an aircraft to the required location) are charged at £1,750 per hour (exc VAT) for all packages.
What's Included?
Our prices above include everything you need to enjoy your dream trip. This includes the items below.

Aircraft Hire
Hire of the aircraft for the block time period, including all fuel and maintenance costs. This is the time from when the aircraft first moves, to when it parks.

Eurocontrol
The fees charged for use of ATC in Europe, known as "Eurocontrol" airways fees. These are included, regardless of the actual fee charged.

Landing Fees
Landing and handling fees are included, up to the value of £200 per hour flown. If the fees charged by the landing airport are more than this, this small premium is passed onto the customer. We use private jet business terminals to minimise cost, and maximise luxury.

Pilot
Hiring of a qualified pilot PC12 pilot and a second "pilot assistant" (a private pilot with extensive experience).
Note: pilots must be sourced separately under Part-NCO operations, however Primo Jet can assist with this process.
Optional Extras
We understand that sometimes, that little extra feature makes all the difference. Whenever members book a flight, they have the option of choosing from our wide range of optional extras to make their dreams a reality.

Take a look at some of these options below:

AOC Upgrade
£250 per hour
Do you want to operate the flight under Part-CAT rather than Part-NCO? Subject to availability. Find out more about the differences between these below.

French Airport Tax
£185 per passenger
If departing a French airport, there is an additional tax charged by the French government, per passenger. This is only charged on departures from France.

Catering
£ POA
All of our flights have complimentary water, soft drinks, and snacks, but do you want more? We can facilitate specific catering requests.

Large Airports
£ POA
We always aim to utilise smaller airports to save you money, but some larger airports have high fees. If these exceed a certain amount, the cost is passed to you.

Complex Airports
£200 per flight
Some airports (such as winter sports destinations) require our crew to undertake further training, which incurs a small premium to use that airport.

Onward Transport
£ POA
We work with various travel partners to ensure you reach your final destination. Whether it be a taxi or a helicopter, let us know and we will arrange this for you.
Part-NCO vs Part-CAT
We know you don't have time to understand regulatory jargon, so we've made it simple. Your flight can be operated under two different rulesets - Part-NCO and Part-CAT. We've listed some of the main differences below so that you can decide what is best for you.
Part-NCO
What Is It?
Part-NCO is the aviation ruleset for "non-commercial operations". When hiring under Part-NCO, you become the aircraft operator for the agreed period. There is less regulatory oversight than Part-CAT, and more flexibility.
Tax
VAT is charged on all invoices.
Cost
Often lower than Part-CAT, but various items are paid for separately.
Airport Availability
More choice of airports as additional Part-CAT performance factors do not need to be applied.
Crew
One qualified pilot and one pilot assistant are normally used, who must be sourced by the person hiring the aircraft. Primo Jet can assist with finding pilots. This is often cheaper and gives more flexibility.
Diversions
In the event of a weather diversion, there is no obligation for Primo Jet to provide onward transport, as you are the aircraft operator. Primo Jet will assist where possible, however additional cost may be incurred.

Part-CAT
What Is It?
Part-CAT is the aviation ruleset for "commercial air transport". Flights are operated by a holder of an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), who must demonstrate compliance with certain safety standards.
Tax
Part-CAT flights do not attract VAT.
Cost
Typically higher than Part-NCO, but gives an "all in price". This costs £250/hr more than NCO via Primo Jet.
Airport Availability
Some airports cannot be used due to additional safety factors being required.
Crew
Two qualified pilots are required, who are supplied by the AOC operator. This often costs more due to the requirement for two pilots, and offers reduced flexibility.
Diversions
In the event of a weather diversion, the AOC operator has an obligation to provide alternative travel to your destination (this may not be an aircraft).
